For those of you who don't know,I'm starting my new job on January 14th.I'll be starting in IT for a company called On-Site Technology.Eventually after getting some certifications I'll be doing IT for clients all over the valley.Its in Phoenix so I'll be driving in traffic each day but there is a huge future in it.
Apparently there isn't a future in IT for me because I got "let go" on Tuesday.So now I'm unemployed. I was actually happy because I hated that job. Its not the IT that I disliked but the way the company was ran. It was so disorganized that I didn't get hardly any training and wasn't given any direction. Remember this is in one week. I was never given a chance to really show what I could do or even a chance to learn what was required of me.I'm not sure what God is trying to do in my professional life but I feel He rescued me from this job. I've never been so unhappy in the first week of any job I've ever had.So far we have some money to get by for a while but I really need a full-time job with some security.I currently have some website work on my agenda but this is contract work.Keep the McCracken family in prayer and I'll keep you all updated.
