Rebuild and Refocus

With the start of the new year, many people put out New Year’s Resolutions. Some people strive to lose weight, gain muscle, and be healthier. Others seek to get their finances in order, spend less, and give more. Whatever your resolutions might be, a new year is a great time to take a spiritual check up. Maybe this past year you didn’t spend as much time with God as you wanted. Maybe you felt as if you were far away from God and need to rebuild your relationship with Him.

I invite you to join us on Sunday mornings as we journey through the books of Ezra and Nehemiah. These two individuals led the Jews back from exile and helped rebuild worship and security for the Jewish people. For 70 years, God’s people felt separated from God. They felt abandoned in many ways. However, God was always there and just wanted them to refocus their attention on Him. Join us as we see ways we might need to “rebuild” our lives. Be with us as we seek to “refocus” our lives on what God wants for us.
Pressing on Towards Heaven,
Pastor Ryan
